Tasks include:

• answering calls and responding to inquiries
• greeting in person customers and making introductions
• managing CRM leads with the sales team ( floor traffic and calls)
• taking payments and issuing receipts ( Serti)
• various office tasks may be assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual, written and spoken required
• clean, meticulous appearance
• Knowledge of MS Office 365
• CRM experience an asset

Job type: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour

* Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Experience:

* Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
